They currently play in the Welsh Rugby Union Division One North League.

The club was formed in 1973, and the grounds are located at Y Morfa, Lon Parc, Caernarfon.

They have recently appointed a set of new coaches to help with their lacklustre few seasons at The Morfa.

Caernarfon RFC's head coach, Carl Russell Owen, has proven himself, and during the 22–23 season, the team finished fourth in the league.
