Cagüitas is a barrio in the municipality of Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico.

In 1899, the United States Department of War conducted a census of Puerto Rico, finding that the population of Cagüitas barrio was 856.

In 2001, law 1-2001 was passed[14] to identify marginalized communities of Puerto Rico.
