She won the 4 × 100 m relay at the 2019 Pan American U20 Athletics Championships representing the United States.

[5] Chandler first represented the U.S. at the 2019 Pan American U20 Athletics Championships, where she won a gold medal in the 4 × 100 m relay.

She was injured her senior year of college, but she recovered to win her conference meet.
