Calgary-Nose Hill was a provincial electoral district in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, mandated to return a single member to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta using the first past the post method of voting from 2004 to 2012.
[3] The electoral district was created from parts of three different riding's in the 2004 boundary redistribution.
The first election held in 2004 saw Progressive Conservative candidate Neil Brown pickup the district with under half of the popular vote.
He was returned to power with a slight increase in his popular vote but still won under 50%.
The vote was designed to educate students and simulate the electoral process for persons who had not yet reached the legal majority.
