The Calvaire de la Rivière-à-Veillet (in English: Calvary of Rivière-à-Veillet) is a calvary located behind the church of Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan, in Les Chenaux Regional County Municipality, in administrative region of Mauricie, in Quebec (Canada).
[3] The concept of the Calvary of Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan was based on the reproduction of the twelfth station of the path of the Cross in Oka.
Côté, former parish priest of Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan, was back with the idea of erecting a cross covered with a wooden canopy on the land of Captain François Germain.
[5] On 11 November 2002, the Calvary is cited as cultural heritage building by the municipality of the parish of Sainte-Geneviève-de-Bastiscan.
[5] This calvary consists of an external infrastructure and open on each side, comprising a roof in sheet metal strips, with a wooden ball cap, with curved slopes, supported by four corner posts.
