Capitol Police Emergency Assistance Act of 2021

The Capitol Police Emergency Assistance Act of 2021 (S.3377) is an Act of the U.S. Congress enacted on December 22, 2021, granting the Capitol Police chief authority to request emergency assistance from the National Guard and federal law enforcement agencies.
