Caravanserai of Agha Gahraman Mirsiyab

Caravanserai was built in the 19th century in the city of Shusha for the wealthy merchant Agha Garib Mirsiyab Oghlu's funds.

[3] According to Firudin Shushinski in his work dedicated to the history and cultural monuments of Shusha:[4] in the late 19th century, there were ten caravanserais operating in the city.

[10] Agha Gahraman Mirsiyab Oghlu's caravanserai is a two-story large building distinguished by its unique architecture and planning.

[3] The three-nave prayer hall of the mosque was covered with an arched roof resting on eight octagonal columns, which is characteristic of Shusha architecture.

According to E. Avalov, the location of the mosque inside the caravanserai is a unique feature, although it is a common practice in similar buildings, it is not analogous to any other in Islamic architecture.
