Carl Howard Pforzheimer Jr (1907–1996) was an American banker based in New York City.
He was senior partner in Carl H. Pforzheimer & Company, and a benefactor of medicine, education and the arts.
[1] He was the son of financier Carl H. Pforzheimer Sr (1879–1957), who was a founder of the American Stock Exchange.
After his father died in 1957, Pforzheimer continued to focus the investment firm on oil and gas.
