Carl Valentin Falsen (27 May 1787 – 14 April 1852) was a Norwegian civil servant, a county governor, and member of the Storting.
He was the son of Norwegian Chief Justice Enevold De Falsen (1755–1808) and Anna Henrike Petronelle Mathiesen (1762–1825).
[2][3] Falsen was the town clerk for Trondheim starting in 1809.
In 1826, he served as the magistrate judge for Eiker, Sigdal, and Modum.
[3][4][5] Carl Falsen was honored as a knight of the Order of the Polar Star in 1822.
