Carlos Rosenkrantz

Carlos Fernando Rosenkrantz (born 27 October 1958) is an Argentine lawyer and a member of the Supreme Court of Argentina since 2016, nominated by Mauricio Macri.

He studied law at the University of Buenos Aires and later in the United States thanks a Fulbright Scholarship.

He received the gold medal in 1975 at the National School Domingo F. Sarmiento in Buenos Aires.

In 2016 he received the Konex Prize for the Humanities for the period 2006–2015, in the discipline "Theory and Philosophy of Law".
