Carmelo Bautista Lazatin II (Tagalog: [karˈmɛlo bɔwˈtista laˈzatɪn seˈɡundo]; born June 4, 1970) also known as Jon Lazatin, is a Filipino politician who is serving as the 16th and current representative for Pampanga's first district since 2016 and was re-elected in 2019 and 2022 unopposed, as a member of PDP-Laban.

In February 2025, Lazatin was one of the 95 Lakas–CMD members who voted to impeach vice president Sara Duterte.

His half-brother, Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin Jr., currently serves as the mayor of Angeles City.

Following that he has announced his candidacy for the mayoralty of Angeles City under Lakas-CMD in the upcoming 2025 midterm elections.
