Carolin Schäfer

Carolin Schäfer (born 5 December 1991)[2] is a German athlete who specialises in the heptathlon.

She won the silver medal in the event at the 2017 World Championships in Athletics.

At the age of 15, she won the silver medal at the 2007 World Youth Championships.

Schäfer represented Germany at the 2016 Rio and 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where she finished fifth and seventh respectively.
