Carroll T. Bond (June 13, 1873 – January 18, 1943) was an American jurist who served as chief judge of the supreme court of the U.S. state of Maryland, the Court of Appeals.
Carroll T. Bond was born on June 13, 1873, in Baltimore, Maryland to Elizabeth (née Lyon) and James Bond, and attended Lamb's School and Phillips Exeter Academy as a youth.
[1] Bond served in the Maryland National Guard from 1896 to 1899, during the Spanish–American War.
He also served as a member of the Board of School Commissions of Baltimore for some period after 1911.
