The township contains these five cemeteries: Blackburn, Casey City, Connelly, Cumberland Baptist and Washington.

As of the 2020 census[1] there were 3,459 people, 1,751 households, and 1,088 families residing in the township.

There were 1,705 housing units at an average density of 46.89 per square mile (18.10/km2).

30.70% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.50% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
