Followed the announcement of the business plan of Intesa Sanpaolo, the banking group retired the brand Cassa dei Risparmi di Forlì e della Romagna.

Intesa Sanpaolo also absorbed the legal person of Cassa dei Risparmi di Forlì e della Romagna in the same year.
