Catherine Township is a township in Ellis County, Kansas, United States.

It includes the unincorporated settlement of Catharine, Kansas, whose population was 113 in the 2020 census.

Catherine Township covers an area of 80.43 square miles (208.3 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements.

According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Norman and Saint Catharina.
