Cathy Bennett (born 1973/1974)[1] is an Irish Sinn Féin politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cavan–Monaghan constituency since the 2024 general election.

[2][3] Bennett has a degree in bio-pharmaceutical science.

She previously worked in a laboratory in Castleblaney and is now a theatre manager in Monaghan town.

She was a member of Monaghan County Council from 2014 to 2024 for the Monaghan area.
