Cecilia Carranza Saroli[a] (born 29 December 1986) is an Argentine Olympic sailor.

[1][2][3] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's Laser Radial class, finishing in the 21st place.

[2] Cecilia won the gold medal at the 2011 Pan American Games.

At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she won the gold medal in the category Nacra 17 alongside fellow sailor Santiago Lange.
