Central Georgia Technical College

The school's service area includes Baldwin, Bibb, Crawford, Dooly, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach, Pulaski, Putnam, and Twiggs counties.

[1] The school's initial service area was focused solely on the local Macon community, but expanded in 1990 when the school, then named Macon Technical Institute, assumed control of the Baldwin County Adult Center in Milledgeville.

After passage of this act, the school built learning centers in the remaining five counties of its seven-county service area.

CGTC's primary campuses are located in Warner Robins, Macon and Milledgeville, where associate degrees, diplomas, and technical certificates are available in a variety of programs.

In addition to basketball, the CGTC athletics program features men's and women's cross country teams.
