Champlitte

Champlitte (French pronunciation: [ʃɑ̃plit] or [ʃɑ̃lit][2]) is a commune in the Haute-Saône department in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.

Champlitte is the largest commune in Haute-Saône, with an area of 129 km2 (50 sq mi).

[5] On 1 July 1974, the municipality was enlarged by the annexation of Frettes, an old town formerly belonging to the department of Haute-Marne.
