Pouy (Khmer: ប៉ូយ) is a commune in Ou Chum District in north-east Cambodia.
It contains Chan, Kan Saeung, Kreh, Ta Ngach, Svay, Khmaeng, Krala, Kang Kuy villages and has a population of 1,696.
