Chandpur-3 is a constituency represented in the Jatiya Sangsad (National Parliament) of Bangladesh.

The constituency encompasses Chandpur Sadar and Haimchar upazilas.

Ahead of the 2008 general election, the Election Commission redrew constituency boundaries to reflect population changes in light of the 2001 Bangladesh census.

[5] Dipu Moni was re-elected unopposed in the 2014 general election after 18 parties led by the Bangladesh Nationalist Party boycotted the election citing unfair conditions for the election.
