Changes All the Time is the fourth studio album by English singer-songwriter James Bay.

It was released on 4 October 2024 by Mercury Records.

It was preceded by the release of two singles: "Up All Night" and "Easy Distraction" on 19 July 2024 and 30 August 2024, respectively.
