Charles Christopher Johnson KLS (29 October 1789 – 30 September 1854) was a British soldier.
[2] His father was a Loyalist leader during the American Revolution who were permanently exiled to Montreal, Canada in 1783.
His paternal grandparents were Colonel Sir William Johnson, 1st Baronet, and his wife, Catherine Weissenberg, a Palatine German immigrant.
