Charles Edward "Chappy" Marvin (born January 1929) is a retired American football and baseball coach.

From 1954 to 1959 Marvin taught Health and Physical Education at Washington-Lee High School in Arlington, Virginia, coaching Senior Football and J.V.

Baseball, he would become head football coach from 1958 to the end of 1959 after winning Virginia State Championship the 1957 season.

Marvin became one of Warren Beatty's Varsity football coaches during his 1955 senior year at Washington-Lee High School.
