Charles P. Howland

Charles Prentice Howland (September 15, 1869 – November 12, 1932)[1][2] was an American football coach and lawyer.

He coached the Brown Bears football program for the 1892 season and compiled a record of 4–4–2.

[3] He later practiced law in New York City and worked as a research associate at his alma mater, Yale.

He was killed in an automobile accident on November 12, 1932, in New Haven, Connecticut.
