Charlie Weis Jr.

Weis worked on his father's coaching staff at Notre Dame as a child, holding up cards that described the opposing team's offensive personnel on the field.

[2] After his father was named the head coach at the University of Kansas, Weis Jr. joined the staff as an undergraduate team manager.

After a stint as a volunteer training camp intern with the New England Patriots in 2014, Weis Jr. joined the coaching staff at Alabama as an offensive analyst in 2015.

[6] 24 years old at the time of his hiring, Weis is believed to be the youngest coordinator in modern D1-A football history.

[14] He is the son of former New England Patriots offensive coordinator and college football coach Charlie Weis.
