Chatham Heights is an unincorporated community in Stafford County, in the U.S. state of Virginia.

[1] Chatham Heights is located 89 ft (27 m) above sea level along the Rappahannock River, east of the city of Fredericksburg and southeast of the census-designated place of Falmouth.

Fredericksburg Regional Transit provides its FRED bus service in the community.

The RF&P Subdivision passes east of the community, and Fredericksburg station across the Rappahannock River provides access to Amtrak and Virginia Railway Express services.
