Chelevand Rural District (Persian: دهستان چلوند)[3] is in Lavandevil District of Astara County, Gilan province, Iran.

[4] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 7,553 in 1,735 households.

[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 5,370 in 1,635 households.

The most populous of its 17 villages was Qarah Suy, with 1,537 people.
