Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus, officially Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G.R.

It is located on the Inner Ring Road in Koyambedu and is one of the largest bus terminus by area in India.

[1] Inter-city buses were operated from Broadway terminus in George Town and from other locations such as Saidapet.

[2] As a part of the first master plan for the development of Chennai, a new bus terminus was planned on the Inner Ring Road in Koyambedu between SAF Games Village and the Koyambedu Vegetable Market.

[7][8] Other facilities and amenities include restaurants, locker rooms, travel offices, shops, supermarkets, ATMs, dorimtories, toilets, drinking water, emergency care centre, pharmacy, internet and access facilities for disabled.
