Chesapeake is a village in Lawrence County, Ohio, United States.

It lies across the Ohio River from Huntington, West Virginia, at the mouth of Symmes Creek.

The Robert C. Byrd Bridge across the Ohio River connects Chesapeake to Huntington's downtown area.
