China competed at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, from 9 to 25 February 2018.
China competed in 12 sports, participating in bobsleigh, skeleton, and ski jumping for the first time.
With Beijing being the host of the 2022 Winter Olympics, a Chinese segment directed by Zhang Yimou was performed at the closing ceremony.
