Chittagong-5 is a constituency represented in the Jatiya Sangsad (National Parliament) of Bangladesh.
The constituency encompasses Hathazari Upazila and Chittagong Cantonment and Chattogram City Corporation No.1 South Pahartali Ward and No.2 Jalalabad Ward.

Previously it had encompassed Raozan Upazila and only one union parishad of Hathazari Upazila: Garduara.
