Daniels attended Sutton District High School, Ontario[5] and Belmont Secondary School in Langford, British Columbia.

[5] Daniels was promoted to Canada's senior women's Sevens training program in 2020.

[7] In 2022, Daniels represented Canada at the Sevens World Cup in Cape Town.

[10][11] She was chosen for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.
