The founding members were: Lionel, Lil Frank, Roger, Hawk, Slim, Shirly Bates, and Champ.

These brothers all rode full dress Harleys & chopped dressers.

The purpose of the club was to ride and enjoy the new black biker set in Los Angeles & Oakland California.
