Chowk Azam is a small city and a municipal committee in Layyah District of Punjab, Pakistan.

Agricultural peasants migrated from upper and central Punjab, mainly from Sialkot, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad and Narowal, and settled in Chowk Azam to expand their businesses there.
