DiLauro signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2018 and has also been a member of several other NFL teams.
[3] DiLauro was waived on September 1, but was re-signed two days later to the Browns' practice squad.
On October 15, 2019, DiLauro was signed to the Pittsburgh Steelers practice squad.
[19] On December 23, 2021, DiLauro was promoted to the active roster and made his NFL debut in the Titans' week 16 game against the San Francisco 49ers.
[20] After the Titans were eliminated in the Divisional Round of the 2021 playoffs, he signed a reserve/future contract on January 24, 2022.
[21] On August 30, 2022, DiLauro was waived by the Titans and re-signed to the practice squad on September 21, 2022.
DiLauro signed with the practice squad of the Washington Commanders on October 5, 2022.
