Christian Omar Tovar Delgado (born 13 January 1996) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Saltillo.
In February, he played in the 2013 Torneo di Viareggio, an annual international youth tournament in Italy, and scored a goal in a 5-0 group stage win over Rijeka.
