Chrząstówka [xʂɔ̃sˈtufka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jasło, within Jasło County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.

It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) east of Jasło and 39 km (24 mi) south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.
