Chung Fat is a Hong Kong–based actor, choreographer, producer, and director.
As a teenager, he was a Northern Praying Mantis practitioner with Lam Ching-ying, under the guidance of Madame Fan Fok-fa.
He was trained by Madame Fan Kuk-fa of The Spring and Autumn Drama School.
Chung Fat had his debut in Enter the Dragon (1973), in a small role as a security guard who fails to capture Bruce Lee.
However, in 2013 he returned to the silver screen in Juno Mak's jiangshi film Rigor Mortis.
