Chunsky District (Russian: Чунский райо́н) is an administrative district, one of the thirty-three in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia.

[1] Municipally, it is incorporated as Chunsky Municipal District.

[7] The area of the district is 25,790 square kilometers (9,960 sq mi).

[3] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Chunsky.

[10] The population of the administrative center accounts for 41.1% of the district's total population.
