Church Hill is a town in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, United States.
Bishopton, Churchill Theatre-Community Building, Kennersley, and St. Luke's Church are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

[5] The primary means of travel to and from Church Hill is by road, and three state highways serve the town.
The most prominent of these is Maryland Route 213, which traverses the town north to south as the highway makes its way along the eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay.
US 301 provides high speed travel to nearby metropolitan areas such as Philadelphia and Washington D.C. As of the census[7] of 2010, there were 745 people, 275 households, and 194 families living in the town.
27.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
