With a structural height exceeding 374 metres (1,227 ft), it is intended to be the tallest hotel-only building in the world upon completion in 2025.
[citation needed][1] The skyscraper is designed by NORR Group Vice President of Global Marketing Melanie Kurzuk.
The sculptural design features tapers in both the upper and lower sections, a silver façade, and graceful recesses at the apex.
[3] The foundation is constructed using approximately 12,000 cubic metres (420,000 cu ft) of concrete and over 2,700 tonnes (3,000 short tons) of steel.
The building will feature energy-efficient systems, rainwater harvesting capabilities, and green roofs to promote biodiversity and reduce urban heat.
