Clark L. Bradley

During World War II he served in the United States Navy.

After graduating from San Jose State University and University of California, Hastings College of the Law Bradley served in the United States Navy during World War II as a Lieutenant-Commander.

He was described as a staunchly conservative Republican for his anti-Equal Rights Amendment stance and his opposition to legislation that would enable action on air pollution in California.

[5][6] He also led the opposition on a bill that would increase consumer protections by making product warranties enforceable.

[7] He was ‘blacklisted’ by then Governor Ronald Reagan for being the lone Republican vote opposing a tax bill which resulted in it failing to pass.
