Clayton McMillan is a New Zealand professional rugby union coach.
McMillan was educated at Rotorua Boys High School.
McMillan was named as the interim head coach of the Chiefs team that plays in the Super Rugby competition.
[2][3] He was the coach of Bay of Plenty before taking up his role at the Chiefs.
[4] In February 2025 it was announced that McMillan will take up the role of head coach at Munster Rugby from July 2025.
