Clayville is a village in Oneida County, New York, United States.
Clayville was incorporated in 1887 and was named in honor of Henry Clay.
[citation needed] According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2), of which 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2) is land and 2.13% is water.
There were 200 housing units at an average density of 436.3 per square mile (168.5/km2).
The racial makeup of the village was 98.43% White, 0.45% African American, 0.22% Pacific Islander, and 0.90% from two or more races.
