Cleopatra ferruginea is a species of freshwater snails with an operculum, aquatic gastropod molluscs in the family Paludomidae.
The holotype was found in Zanzibar.
This species is also found in Burundi, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda[1] and South Africa.
