[4] The campus opened in 2007 on 110 acres (0.45 km2) of land located in northeast Fresno.

The first buildings included an 80,000 sq ft (7,400 m2) academic complex housing labs and classrooms as well as a bookstore, internet cafe, and library.

Future projects include an additional 80,000-square-foot (7,400 m2) academic building which will house a fitness center, student services, offices and classrooms.
