Coburn is a census-designated place (CDP) in Centre County, Pennsylvania, United States.

It is part of the State College, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km2), all land.

There were 7.9% of families and 13.6% of the population living below the poverty line, including 30.6% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
