Coffee Springs is a town in Geneva County, Alabama, United States.

It was incorporated in 1900, and it is considered to be a part of the Dothan, Alabama Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The racial makeup of the town was 93.23% White, 3.98% Black or African American, and 2.79% from two or more races.

About 13.8% of families and 17.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 15.4% of those under the age of eighteen and 25.3% of those 65 or over.
